In this convenient App you can define and store your own flashgun(s). In using the Flash Adviser App, you can set values for any four of the following five variables, and the Flash Adviser aims to balance the fifth variable value with the other four:
- Flash Coverage (Zoom)
- Flash Output (Power Level)
- Flashgun-to-Subject Distance
- ISO
- Aperture
Also, in the balancing process, you can select a flash exposure compensation value in order to account for bright/dark scenes or specific light modifiers.
You can select which variable the Flash Adviser App will balance, by setting the advice mode. The Flash Adviser will indicate whether the balanced value is inside or outside the effective variable value range. If outside, selecting another advise mode (or a different combination of values for the other variables) may resolve this.
