FirstService Residential is proud to present the 2018 LEADS Conference (LEADS stands for Learn. Evolve. Achieve. Deliver. Succeed.)
FirstService Residential created the LEADS Conference to empower all stakeholders in the residential property management industry to be the very best they can be. These stakeholders include community association board members, FirstService Residential associates and employees of companies that provide the products and services needed to run the community.
The LEADS Conference will bring together the industry’s best and brightest in a dynamic learning environment. More than 30 courses and panel discussions are being offered, on everything from hurricane preparedness and electronic voting to legislative updates and service animal policies. CEU courses will be offered for property managers to assist in their continuing development and education, and board certification courses are offered for association board members, to ensure compliance with new laws. In addition, board members and property managers are encouraged to meet with the 200+ exhibitors that serve the industry to learn about their products and services.
LEADS is the ideal opportunity for our valued board members and partners to forge new relationships and share ideas. There is no other event of its kind in South Florida that enriches community associations and the businesses that proudly serve them.
The LEADS app will help attendees navigate the different areas of the Conference (Exhibit Hall, Learning Center, Connect Over Coffee, Zen Lounge); review the schedule of classes, presentations and panel discussions; and participate in the LEADS Scavenger Hunt and enter raffles to win prizes.
