Better if…
It’s a new year and I’m asked to provide my insurance information. My insurance information is same as last year, which has already been loaded into your records. This app would be better if there is an option to select, insurance is same as last/previous year! So I don’t need to pull out my cards and input my information again!

Sign in not working
Tried thousands times to sign in to my account, but still failed. The app didn’t respond when I hit the sign in button. I tried to login on their website but it didn’t work either
