I love this bank SO much. I’ve been banking here for over a year and it is by far, the best bank I have ever had. There’s no automated robot answering your calls, you just press one and get immediately connected to a representative who is friendly and more than willing to help. That being said, I still had to give the app 2 stars because of the issues I have when Mobile Deposit, credited funds, & Zelle. (Or the lack thereof) First, auto capture pretty much never works, you have to hold your camera above the check for 45 seconds while it tells you to move closer to the check until your lens is touching it, at which point it tells you to use a dark background until finally it allows you to manually capture a picture of the check. I wish there was an option to just manually capture a picture of the check from the beginning, saving me time and frustration. Second, when you mobile deposit a check you have to wait hours before they even credit you with just a small $200 out of your paycheck. Even Bank of America will do that instantly. Lastly, they don’t offer Zelle.. I think that one speaks for it’s self. All that being said, it’s still a pretty good, but basic, banking app that gets the job done.

Frustrating
App and the bank in general have become less customer friendly every year. No visibility into recurring bills. Availability is flaky (wasn't able to login or open the app at all earlier today due to a service being down). Secure messaging is awkward.
