About EPC Citizen Connect
The El Paso County, CO., Citizen Connect application allows anyone in El Paso County CO., to submit Service Requests for roads and parks within it's jurisdiction.
* Inputting service requests couldn't be easier for our citizens. The app utilizes GPS tracking to automatically pinpoint the service request location and it allows citizens to upload a picture to show the specific issue.
* Citizens can choose to register using their contact information, linking to FaceBook/GMail, or submitting tickets anonymously to the County. The advantage of registering is that Citizens can get status updates on their tickets through out the entire process.
* Our Service Catalog provides our citizens with information on the various services, which can be serviced and provides expectations of service delivery. You can find information on Snow Removal, Gravel Repair, Tree Trimming, and more.
* The app also has the ability to find your Service Requests, articles on services, county residential properties and property owners.

Probably Unsupported
I have used this app successfully in the past, but tried to use it today and most functions don't work. I then used the Citizen Connect web interface in Safari, and I had no problems at all.

Not very functional
I tried to report a pot hole for an hour today. I hit that pothole almost every day. This app was supposed to make things easier but so far it’s easier to call. Or do like everyone else does and not report issues. Very frustrating.
