Nothing there
Don't waste your time. Standing at a door in the rain. Calling number nobody answered. Chat on app wasn't helpful and very slow. Asking for a refund, we will see if I get my money back but basically ruined my visit to Nantes I only had a few hours and this service left me standing in the rain.
