About Barre Body Online

This is Barre Body, your online workout portal and the fastest way to feel good. 


Fun fact: feeling good is the reason why we move. We don’t care about looking a particular way. Abs shmabs. We care about listening to our bodies, and resting when we need to. About loving our bodies, even on days we don’t particularly like them. We care about showing up, sweating it out, and shaking it off. And doing arm workouts even if it’s just to help make IKEA flatpacks easier. 


Because a barre body isn’t a bikini body, or a beach body, or a ballet body. It’s your body. It’s our body. And it’s for every body.

It features hundreds of workouts taught by expert instructors to suit all fitness levels, ranging from short 10-minute sessions to intense 60-minute classes. And with all your workouts conveniently in your pocket, you can move anytime, anywhere—at home, in the park, on your sun-soaked balcony, or even on your vacation in Sicily.

My go to Pilates app

Great workouts, buggy app

*This review is for the app only, not the amazing workouts! As much as I love Barre Body workouts, this app is definitely buggy. When I’m browsing a program or click a specific workout, it constantly opens a browser window in Safari linked to whatever I’m looking at. However, since I’m not logged in from my browser, it’s actually taking me to the login screen. This has been going on forever and is quite a nuisance. Otherwise I love the app. My only recommendation is to perhaps review organization of the workouts, as a lot of things seem to be miscategorized. For instance, there are many workouts listed in the Cardio list that are not cardio workouts. I also found some workouts listed in both the “Perfect for Beginners” and “Int/Advanced” lists (i.e. Barre Body with Sophie). There are also some videos where the instructor say it’s a beginner/int/advanced workout while the workout is tagged as something else (i.e. Cardio with Megan). Anyway, keep up the great work ladies, you definitely are an integral (and perhaps most enjoyable) part of my day! 😃
