Clunky $ Slow
The battle system, if you can even call it that, is flawed. You move up to 3 heroes to get energy. Each hero only gets 4 moves and you can’t move backwards…huh? You need to collect enough energy to use your attack skills. The AI seems to always get extra movement, has heroes that use skills right away, and can often times one shot my heroes from long range. The town building…oh boy, you can only build on building at a time and it takes a day+ to finish. I can’t even look at my quest log while the building is being built…that makes zero sense. There is a lot to do in this game, unfortunately it is all centered on spending on in-game currency and watching hundreds of ads. As a big fan of the classic Heroes of Might & Magic PC games, this one is a bad attempt at recreating that turn based rpg greatness.
