No good

This is one of the worst apps ever ! I logged out , cannot log back in. No one responding to my emails to fix this issue. And, you cannot access the app on your laptop ! It has to be google or apple device.

A lot of great ideas with a lot of bugs

Suggestions for users This app is best used on an IPad What I like: All the information is present you do have the handbook with you at all times Most of it is seemless and does the job well. What I’m not a fan of: The flow isn’t great If you search a topic it has a hard time showing you that specific use and there is no going back if you click on something you have to start the search over again Trying to share a page doesn’t work the login system is broken and will simply continually redirect you back to login even within the app Redeeming the app has inherent issues and does not work the way as instructed causing serious confusion where it won’t redirect you properly give you an error message or send you script text. When rotating the phone trying to enlarge text or getting a better view you are usually fixed to a specific view, some of the font is small. Functions I would like: pdf reader like function and searchability. Desktop app (new M1 macs will make that not necessary however)
