Unreliable, buggy, primitive
Unfortunate choice of messaging app. Makes you wonder how large healthcare systems make decisions about which vendor to adopt.

MH is delaying patient care & risking patients lives.
Mobile Heartbeat is an unreliable communication app that we were required to put on our personal phones for emergencies at the hospital I work at. This is the only communication system we have. We get notifications sometimes hours later for hospital emergency situations like codes & airway emergencies. This app is putting patients lives at risk and delaying care. This week mobile heartbeat was not working and we had no way to communicate with other departments in the hospital. This is 100% unacceptable and mobile heart beat should not be used in the hospital setting where seconds counts. It would be 100% safer to go back to pagers or spectra-links.
