Vague categories and unresponsive app
I haven't had this app 1 day, and it's stuck on a screen as I've been trying to report a stoplight timing issue. It was cumbersome to get to the actual details of reporting, and now the app has stopped progressing forward in the program. Bleh. With a city of 3 million ppl, this app should be better programmed.

Good concept, poor execution.
Had used the previous version with success. Attempted to sign up with a new account on this new version of the 311 app, and unable to get past the 6-digit code confirmation. Despite entering the correct code, receiving “incorrect code” errors, even after having new codes resent. Can’t even get signed in to use the actual app now.
