Horrible app
I just signed up. I received to OTP at me email. Now it says my password is incorrect, even though I just set it and I can’t reset it because it can’t find my email even though I got the OTP. Unbelievably BAD!!!

FIX YOUR PASSPORT COUNTRY ERROR!
It’s 2026 and within Thai app, it’s impossible to easily select your issuing country within the passport details when checking in for a flight. This is pathetic for an airline that performs so well in the sky to have such incredibly bad tech.
