At SafeDecisions, we are exceedingly proud of our product and the support services we provide to our clients.
SafeDecisions Remote Decode app is used to get a valid code to open the safe if a safe is dead-locked and the user cannot open the safe by keying in his/her personal selected user code on the safe. SafeDecisions has a service for remote unlocking of the safe.
In this situation, the user will be able to retrieve a random code in the safe display, only by use of the safes keyboard, and by a service from SafeDecisions, to get a valid code to open the safe.
The code retrieved from the safe is unique for each safe, as it is based on unique and different data stored in each safe’s internal memory.
The random code generated by the safe will be different every time a code is requested. The user needs to log in and verify his and/or her identity. This secure log in, requires entering the code given by the safe in the decode safe screen to retrieve a code which is then relayed to the end user to be entered on the safe to open it.
If the user by mistake, or someone playing with the safe, keys in the incorrect code (not the one the safe expects to accept, the operation needs to be restarted. There will be a new code generated by the safe.
The code received from the safe consists of a 4-digit combination of numbers 0-9 and letters A-F, which means that there are many thousands of possible combinations that can be retrieved from the safe for remote unlocking purposes.
