The Chaise on Demand program offers professional, and live, virtual fitness support that helps guide you through your wellness journey. This is an all-in-one program that provides live, on-demand, and virtual fitness support.
On the app, you can schedule and access live classes with your favorite instructors which are streamed right from the studio. These on-demand classes use body weight and resistance bands to blend aerobics, ballet, and Pilates routines for a full-body workout.
You can also watch previously recorded fitness classes, as well as message with health experts. All these features can be accessed on-the-go or in the convenience of your home. Virtual, live classes are available seven days a week.

With one resistance band and a mat, this blend of aerobics, ballet, and Pilates, tones, strengthens and lengthens your body.
Chaise BandsPLUS:
Expect more cardio breaks in this amped up version of the Chaise Bands class, where intermediate users can work with a medium resistance band and advanced users are encouraged to use the heavy resistance band.
Chaise BandSculpt:
This combination of Pilates and ballet movements has you working with three resistance bands, at a slower pace, to target each muscle group, while continually engaging your core.
Compatible with the Apple Health App to track activity. Users can sync with the Apple Health app via the ‘Devices & Settings’ tile. Once synced, users can view their steps from Apple’s Health app under the Wellness Tracker tile.
