Home Connect App is an app of https://www.samitivejhospitals.com for monitor patient's health data, such as Blood Pressure. App will collect measured data from medical equipment or healthcare wearable devices and send to a Samitivej Hospital Server. For patients who register the monitoring service with Samitivej Hospital, a hospital will have a dedicated medical team to monitor health condition of each registered client. Another feature is displaying health tips for any public user who download the app. These tips will be officially come from Samitivej Hospital.

Home Connect App also reads your health and fitness data from the Health app (HealthKit) for analysing health condition of each users.
