Poor (NO) customer support
GET THOSE X RATED ADS OFF OF MY IPAD!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I sent a question and got an automatic reply saying that was the only reply I would get. My issue was not addressed at all. Told me to go to FAQ which I had already done and my question was not there. 😡😡😡😡😡 You now have another X RATED ad. On here. I have been playing Criminal Case for over 8 years but I will not tolerate such disrespect.

Pizza package
I love this game but I want to warn people not to buy the pizza package. The game advertises it as having 170 stars consistently; however, this is not true. You still have to buy packages (food). I still do not know how long it takes to re-up, but I used the initial stars and they still haven’t renewed-after 2 hours of waiting. I am not sure if that is be wise it is the free trial or not. One caveat-I do play the game quite a bit. I cannot even find out how long or what needs to be done for it to re-up. Just be aware of this if you purchase the pizza package. Otherwise, I love this game and the others I play.
