About Zirtue: Lend & Borrow Money
With Zirtue, you can manage your money and your relationships all in one place. We make IOUs with a friend or family member far less awkward. Here’s how:
Transparency: Details of the loan and the repayment plan are clearly broken down for complete clarity.
Billpay: Money goes straight to a bill-pay service partner and not the borrower’s pockets.
Flexibility: Set up auto-repay with a plan that works for you – not against you
Relationships: Helping you set up a plan so you can focus on your relationship instead
Download the app to create an IOU with someone you trust and get your bills paid – without the awkwardness. There are no fees, no interest and the money goes straight to a bill-pay service partner to pay for bills.
With Zirtue you can…
Avoid loan sharks and sky-high interest
Borrow money without a negative impact to your credit score
Create a repayment plan that works for you (from 3 months - 36 months)
Get your bills paid in 3 simple steps…
1.) Sign up - Open a free Zirtue account and verify your identity.
2.) Connect your bill - Connect your bill using your provider’s account number.
3.) Request and repay - Send the IOU request to someone you trust. Pay them back on your terms with Auto-pay.
So, there’s really no interest?
Nope! The Interest paid to your lender (friend, family member, or trusted peer) is 0% APR. So, if you borrow $1,000 over a 10-month period with no interest (0%), your monthly payments would be $100 per month with a total loan cost of $1,000.
How it’s working for Jane (an example based on a true story)…
Jane hit a tough spot financially and came home to her utility bill in the mail – $350. If she didn’t pay in full, her services would’ve been cut off. She considered going to pay payday lender or getting cash advance, but the interest rates would’ve left her off worse. She figured her mom would help her. So, she used Zirtue to borrow the money and set up a repayment plan with her mom. Through Zirtue, Jane is repaying the $350 over a 10-month period with no interest (0%) at $35/month. So, Jane’s total loan cost is still just $350.
The fine print:
Zirtue itself is not a lender. Zirtue is the world’s first relationship-based, peer-to-peer lending application with direct payments to creditors. Zirtue simplifies loans between friends, family, and trusted relationships by turning informal promises into structured agreements with an automated repayment process. There are no fees to use Zirtue. Both the lender and borrower must agree to loan terms. Zirtue, LLC (the "Zirtue"), knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. We're serious about security and use cutting-edge technology to ensure your personal information is fully encrypted and securely stored. For more information, see our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Terrible
You never speak with anyone. You don’t get your loan immediately. Actually, you never know when you’ll get your loan, because nobody will ever speak with you. Much less contact you. Scam? Maybe? Definitely don’t use this app if you need money immediately. If I could give this a negative -100 I would. Poor poor poor.
