ANCA Score

The ANCA score predicts the end stage renal disease (ESRD) probability in patients with ANCA vasculitis. The three essential input data are: 1. number of normal glomeruli, 2. amount of tubular atrophy and fibrosis and 3. estimated glomerular filtration rate at time of diagnosis. The calculated app output is based on a clinical trial (published in Kidney International 2018).
