Deb is excellent! Hard working and efficient. Super professional! The customer service from start to finish was amazing and got help within two hours.
App/customer service awful
Horrible customer service
I had placed an order for a cleaning service which I then cancelled the next day. They had already withdrawn the $90 some dollars from my account, which they state the money isn’t withdrawn until you receive your service. So, one lie already. Second, it has been well over seven days since my order was placed and I have yet to receive my refund. It is almost impossible to get an answer from their customer service and it’s always the same generic response. I sent them an email (never responded), then called and was given an auto prompt to text them. Just give me my money back. Your customer service team is awful. I would bypass this app entirely. It’s a waste of money.
