Poor search and confusing ticket pricing
The search experience is bad. I did not grant location permission, and searching by date and city name alone often fails to return the shows I’m looking for. A basic search should not depend on location access to function properly. Ticket pricing is also poorly designed. All seats appear in the same color, so there’s no way to understand price differences at a glance. There is no price filtering, and you have to tap seats one by one just to see prices. In some cases, tapping a seat doesn’t even show the price — you have to add it to the cart to find out. Overall, browsing and buying tickets feels unnecessarily slow, opaque, and frustrating.
