Unable to log in
I’ve been trying to reset my password and username but have had no luck receiving the reset emails. There is no contact information on the app either so I’m not sure who to reach out to.

Command System Now Sucks
Since Google got its tentacles in ADT, if you have the Command system, you’re screwed. It doesn’t sync up properly to alarm.com cloud. The panel may say armed, but the app and web portal says it is disarmed. adding cameras or additional sensors is incredibly expensive and what they offer is out of date discontinued products that were new 10 years ago. It’s a joke. *Update* ok… I had ADT tech come out and replace my command touch panel hub with a new one and now shockingly every aspect of the Command system, including the Control app is now working as expected. However, the integration with Google Nest products is grossly limited as you have to juggle two apps. And it’s basically a one way street. The Command panel and Control app cannot see anything Nest and whereas the Google Home app can see the ADT system, except for viewing Nest cameras, there’s little advantage to using it for anything else in lieu of using the Control app…which does everything except viewing cameras. so that is a big downer.
