Flight Risk Assessment (FRAT)

This app allows users to calculate flight risk by answering a series of questions. It meets the requirements of IS-BAO and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
App allows the user to email and/or save FRAT for future reference.
App is available in English and Spanish.
