Self Service Elite

Self Service Elite is the app for customers have subscription to BMC Remedy as a service. This app is for customers with Elite service level. Customers can use the app to look up how-to knowledge articles, common IT service request, submit and track help desk tickets. Customers need to obtain account login information from BMC customer service.
