Most safety activities are reactive and not proactive. Many organizations wait for losses to occur before taking steps to prevent a recurrence. Near miss incidents often precede loss producing events but are largely ignored because nothing (no injury, damage or loss) happened.

With the use of this app, employees will be able to help the organization identify potential safety hazards & near miss incidents within the work place in order for the organization to swiftly address these hazards and prevent losses from occurring.

· Camera function in app so that employees can identify hazard/near miss for quick response.
