A public utility
There are so many line items of inadequate service to mention from billing to cs. Nv puc is inept in representing the nevada consumer in allowing a public utility administer some of the most inept processes. 1 the inability to not access your account by address only instead of a account number that is impossible to remember. 2. A convenience fee of $2.50 to pay on line? Why 3. Record profits for this utility with a record level of rate increases in a five year span while their customer base has more than tripled in Clark county alone what happened to that synergy process? 4. Back to log in to your account with a several step to verify it’s you? Who else is trying to log in to pay a bill? 5 overall no common sense but a top heavy corporate bureaucracy of empty suits!

This app sucks
Hidden boxes you must select to pay, saved payment methods that you still have to complete information to use and it even asks if you really want to use your face to unlock it. Just a bad app. Probably the worst one I use.
