How Does it Work?
Set your desired work area, and then get notified when shifts are posted in your area. Make a counteroffer (now available for rate & time) or accept shifts that work for you. Show up, do what you do best, rate and review the office, and then get paid via direct deposit in 2-3 business days.

How Does it Work?
Post your open shifts with the hours, rate, and details you need. We’ll also provide you with proprietary market data to help ensure your shift is competitively priced. The platform will notify all relevant users in the area to either counter or accept the shift. Review up to three applications at once to either decline or accept a provider. After confirmation is made, you can contact the professional with any relevant shift details prior to their arrival. Prior to the shift, we’ll hold the provider pay and our fee (22.5% of pay for RDHs or $60 for assistants) until you confirm the hours worked. After the shift, confirm the hours, rate and review the professional, and then we’ll process the payment.
