Cosmos Forms is an easy-to-use, flexible and powerful mobile phone platform for automating work processes. Data synchronization is automatic, and users can work connected or disconnected from cellular or WiFi networks. The Cosmos Forms Designer website allows any form and process to be defined quickly, using a no-code, drag-and-drop interface. Our goal is to replace all paper forms!
Integrated actions / tasks can easily be communicated between Cosmos Forms mobile phone apps, phone-to-phone to the right workers, with all the work details including photos, detailed descriptions of the work to be performed, due date, related facility and equipment, etc. Everything the worker needs to complete the assigned work and take a photo of the completed task, if desired. Completed tasks are automatically updated on the requesting form. Entering of tasks can easily be tailored to allow pre-defined task descriptions to be defined in response to inspection/audit questions making inspector entry fast and consistent. Automatic GPS capture, unlimited photos (at both a form and task level), bar codes, voice input and text, number and date fields are all standard features.
The form designer, data manager, data synchronization manager, Microsoft Flow connector and other components, are all part of the overall integrated platform and are cloud based. In addition, complimentary business applications are also available for Service, Safety and Operations management.
