Exiting their service is a pain
This was the first corporation to scam me out of money. When I wrapped up my car hauling business they made the account closing process so difficult and changed the requirements multiple times for me to receive my final payout. It was clearly intentional so roughly 300-500 ended up in someone’s pocket within the company or the corporation itself. Either way, be cautious.

do not recommend
I have been with them over 4 years, i submit loads daily and have at least 1 issue a week. You can never speak to the same person, let alone get someone who speaks clear English. When it comes to us the carrier, TBS does not care. Also i was promised a better rate then 4% time after time still nothing.
