More than an inconvenience.
I’ve had a points card for years. Looking forward this opportunity through the app. YUX! I try & log-in…your “password & user name don’t match.” Because I have never used the app, I need to connect the app to my existing account. Create account…this “e-mail is already linked to another account.” I try Forgot My Password function…your “e-mail is not in a registered account.” A crazy infernal loop. NEVER could log-in, sign-up, or reset password.
None for now.
