Minding
Minding - Anxiety helper is a very comforting app. I was looking for an introduction to meditation and a tool to help with the stressors in life lately and found this. Monte, who’s voice we hear, has a very calming and instructive tone. There’s a variety of meditations to select including mindfulness and sleep assistant meditations. I highly recommend this app.

So not worth your time!
For so many reasons, don’t spend your time on this app. Move on to one of the countless other apps that provide more quality content, and a choice as to monthly or yearly subscriptions. I really don’t understand developers who insist on you paying in advance for their product. Even magazine subscriptions can be canceled. I assume it’s because they are afraid that you will realize they have an inferior product, after you have already laid your cash on the table. I don’t support people that take my choices away for me. Do you?
