Great bikes, terrible app
When you are trying to end a ride, the map doesn’t show the parking spots. It expects you to park in a parking spot but once in an active ride, the map disappears and all it tells you is whether you can park there or not.

Do not use this E scooter service
Absolutely terrible I rented the scooter drove to my destination, and it prevented me from ending the ride warning of a fine. Due to being short on time, I was willing to pay the fine, but no, it prevented me from ending the ride even while I was willing to pay the fine. Drove to the blue zone and it's still prevented me from ending the ride and said drive to an approved parking spot. Found a spot with other Dott scooters and the app finally allowed me to end the ride resulting in twice as long of a rental time and cost than I needed not to mention having to walk almost as far to my destination as planned. Half the fault may be with onerous restrictions imposed by the city of Cologne which bicycles are not forced to bear... but still the experience could have been far better with a less terrible app.
