CONTROL YOUR DESTINY
Buy from thousands of players over several regions and leagues. Do you buy established players in the prime of their career, young talent for the future or older players for the short term? You decide. Perhaps you sell the club superstar to rise funds for more players? Again, that's up to you.

MANAGE THE PLAYERS
Buying and selling players is one thing, keeping them fit and happy is another. Do you use a squad rotation system or stick with your preferred team? Do you sell that unhappy player or keep hold of him in case those injuries pile up? Will he sign a new contract or do you risk losing him for free? It's all part of the job!

IMPROVE YOU ABILITIES
Aside from developing the club, you should develop you own character. Use experience points to upgrade your own personal abilities and become the best manager you can be. Perhaps you focus on becoming a great man-manager or specialise in a specific style of football? More importantly, as you improve, do you stay loyal to your current club or move on to pastures new? After all, that new club could have a much bigger transfer budget!

BUILD FOR THE FUTURE
If you intend on staying at the club for the long haul, you should look to upgrade the club facilities and increase the likelihood of young talent breaking through the academy. Perhaps you unearth the next wonder-kid and save the club a small fortune.
