Horrible service for travel
Traveled to edelweiss, and had no service or data but still within Germany, my friends who had Telekom had full service and data. Thanks for nothing and making my vacation worse. Ignore TKS entirely, go Telekom

Please fix it
So difficult to work with. In order to login to tkscable.com, I have to authenticate with this app, but this app does not have MFA. It says “this device is not set up for MFA”. And there is no instructions on how to set it up. Well, what to do now? Please hire a UX/UI designer and fix it soon. Update: changing from one star to 3. After multiple tries and spending a long time, I was able to setup MFT in the app. I had to use a 3rd party authentication to do it. Still, the clear instructions are needed in the app for first time users. It is not intuitive at all. Customer support works.
