Customer service is unhelpful and horrible
I got pretty far in this game and got a new iPad. Customer service is a complete waste of time. I started this game in its early stages before they wanted email, etc and now I cannot log into my account without an email. They verified there’s no email but keep telling me to log in. They refuse to tell how to log in without an email. I sent them screenshots of my account info. Answered their “security questions” and they only thing they say is log in. I keep telling them I can’t log in and they keep saying log in. They refused to answer my questions when I ask about transferring my info if I create a new account. The only thing they say is log in. As a human being I’m embarrassed for folks like this. No ability to think, process info and solve problems is crazy, and we have to live in a world with folks like this.

I really like this game. It is a lot of fun, however It would be nice if you could offer better gold packets. Also, the bullying here is unbelievable.
