Ads and Purchases
In my opinion there are far to many ads and in-app purchases baked into the regular flow of gameplay for this game to be enjoyable long term. My ideal idle game should be a source of wasting time, not money. I'm always happy to pay for an ad-free game. But when paywalls begin to feel like a barrier to game progression, it's hard to enjoy it. The GUI is polished and the game feels well though out. Just not my cup of tea when it comes to the cost to play. Just my 2 cents, GLHF!

Ignore, I am just an idiot…
Boring game, slow pace, and bugs apparently prevent progress. Or, devs deliberately prevent you from making progress, either way. I had plenty of steel, but smelted some anyway. My steel stayed the same, (low hundreds). Never got any iridium, required for advanced tech projects. Looking at old reddit bug notes, there was some point made about offline production being so small that rounding down might cause production, normally at 1, to drop to zero. So, I watched an ENTIRE, 7 minute iridium smelt cycle while online. When the production finishes, the number in inventory bumps up, only to immediately be reduced back down to zero. I have nothing using iridium, so let’s see what excuse the devs have for THIS feature! It is called, “auto-sell”, and I had no idea that I had it turned on.
