How does it work?
With a few clicks employees will book, through their smartphones, the vehicle in an easy and intuitive way. They just need to select the base station, choose the car that better fits their needs, and define the date and time for the reservation.
Once the booking time has started, the employee needs to go to the designated area in the parking lot of the base station and access the car with the smartphone without further need of cards or keys.
In order to unlock the car, the Smartphone should have enough battery, the Bluetooth activated and volume up at least 50%.
When the Smartphone establishes connection with the Yuko car, buttons to lock and unlock the car will get activated.
Once the employee is inside the car, they just need to press the “start and stop” button to start the engine.
The reservation can be cancelled and extended anytime except in cases when there is a conflict with upcoming reservations. To end the reservation, the vehicle must be located at the based station. The employee must ensure that the car is locked from the smartphone before leaving the car.
