Lateplate (by Campus Cooks) is a simple way of managing your Fraternity and Sorority meal plan lateplates. Through Lateplate’s unique QR code scanning system, members are able to easily track and view assignments of reusable lateplates.
After the kitchen hand makes a lateplate for a member’s request, they can scan the lateplate’s QR code which will automatically send either a push notification or an email to that respective member. This alerts that member to which number lateplate they’ve been assigned.
* REPEATING SCHEDULES *
Members are able to set up weekly repeating schedules to ensure they always have a lateplate available for when they need it.
* QUICK REQUESTS *
Quick requests are available to everyone when they need a last minute lateplate made for that day.
* MENU *
Quickly view the week's menu at a glance and decide if you want to request a lateplate for that meal.
* DIETARY RESTRICTIONS *
Using the app, members are able to set their own dietary preferences and indicate any dietary restrictions they may have.
* CUSTOMIZABILITY *
Lateplate is designed to fit seamlessly into your organization’s culture by providing a wide range of customization options. The organization admin is able to set certain cutoff times for when quick requests may be submitted. The organization admin is also able to setup the maximum number of lateplates a member is allowed to have checked out at any one moment, ensuring that no single member continuously loses lateplates.
