App’s online store needs improvement

Nicely done on the UI but it crashed thrice before it managed to open. Easy to understand icons. However, your online store section needs better navigation. It lags heavily, there isn’t any swipe motion available...there’s only the easily missed arrow button to go back one page and most of the time it automatically goes back up to top of page. Which means there’s a need to scroll and scroll again to the previous spot. It’s inconvenient. Also, can’t I login to the online store using the same login details for the app? It says invalid details. Is it necessary to create another login for the online store? Otherwise, it’s great that we can now use the app to replace the physical card. Update: Tried using your app in store today. They weren’t able to scan the barcode on the member card and vouchers. Still manually keying in the numbers.
