Horrible coverage bogs down during prime hours
When I first joined in June 2022 the service was fantastic. Then right before the winter holidays it became unusable, I couldn’t connect between 3pm-11pm. 10-2pm was a slog and I could connect albeit it felt like dial up speeds! Calls to Lobster didn’t bring any explanations or solutions other than to try connecting by 3g or 2g! I don’t understand how I could have the best connections in my neighborhood to virtually no connections. I’m not going to use it going forward, the locals all have Simyo and I’ll be switching over. I’ve had to borrow a SIM card from a neighbor so that I could work remotely. Simyo/Orange has much better pricing as well.

Fixed!! Now works with iOS 13
Edit: It took a few weeks but the new version fixed the problem with iOS 13. Review changed from one star to five stars. Lobster is the best cell service I’ve ever had with outstanding customer service. The app syncs up with perfectly and is incredibly easy to use.
