About FYZICAL Portal
Using this app, you can access your personalized Home Exercise Program with HD Instructional videos. On the 'Messages' tab, you can securely communicate with your FYZICAL Portal provider. As you complete your exercises, we'll give you trophies and medals to celebrate your progress!
On the 'Awards' tab, you can track these items. Prefer a language other than English? Go to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages' to pick another language option. If you need to book an appointment, please go to the 'Appointments' tab for more info. Make sure to select 'Mark as Complete' when doing your exercises to ensure that your provider can keep track of your progress!
You must be a FYZICAL Portal patient to gain access. This app integrates with your iPhone's Health app to read daily step count data allowing your provider to monitor your activity.

Best physical therapy in Houston!!!
Sappidi and his team are incredible! They helped me improve not just my balance and physical strength but my spirit as well. I owe them so much as my journey was at a rough point when beginning and I was blow away at how much they helped me improve just a brief time later. I recommend them in a heart beat!!

Frustrated
The app shows an old therapy regime, and none of my new exercises are showing up. Stuff from a year ago doesn’t help me today. No one seems to understand how to fix the issue. Very frustrating. Love the therapists… not loving the app.
