Horrible customer service
Glitches all the time. And if you ever need help the only way is to call and wait about two hours for some Indian to pick up the phone and answer and tell you how because you can’t remember one stupid little piece of information he can’t help you either. Throughout about 5 years of using Roger’s anytime I needed help with something it literally took an entire day to fix the problem

Deception & surveillance
Rogers users needs to opt out data collection by rogers & use your own equipment to change DNS or run VPN. Silently, Rogers manipulated & got rid of custom DNS or adding VPN. Deep packet inspection & tracking is becoming very toxic at Rogers!
