Garbage update broke the widget
Had a very convenient widget on my lock screen, but after updating, it disappeared, and now it seems that option is no longer available. This change was not mentioned in the update notes either, which I really don’t appreciate. Terrible update. I would avoid it if possible.

Only works in ideal situations
I use this app to reserve parking at work, but most of the time, parking is in underground or covered garages with bad network reception. The app can not function in poor network areas which is a majority of the use case for this app. This means I can’t open gates for parking garages. Worst experience I’ve ever had with an app in general
