Horrible service
After making one booking with them the host cancelled last minute, he claimed his fee was not really $4,000 for the whole 6 hour trip but $18,000 instead so he cancelled. I reached out to support letting them know this was very inconvenient given it was too close to New Year’s Eve, so I asked him to please send me a list of filtered results that were in fact available, they just scraped a list of options that were also not available, they didn’t bother to take the time to really find available boats. Just be aware you can’t plan ahead trusting a booking here it’s a done deal, very likely the rate you are shown is deceiving and you’ll end up being canceled on or Paying up to 5 times more.
