Not working as it should
We have LobiBox for over a year now and it is a nightmare. The app takes long to connect, so by the time I see who is on the screen, delivery people have often left. Even if I connect in time, I can not make the audio work so it is impossible to have a conversation and ask people anything. Bottom line: whenever it rings I just open the door to not miss deliveries, so we have no security in the building anymore- we have to buzz in whoever calls. Also, whenever temperatures are around freezing or lower, the entire system stops working, so not only can no-one call and we can not buzz anyone in, but also our key fobs do not work so we are locked out, unless we have an actual physical old-fashioned key for the lock on hand. You can not pick a door code for your friends to use, you can only initiate a randomly generated code for them (so they might be really hard to remember). And when you create a randomly generated door code for someone, you can not make it work for more than a month, unless you beg the building manager to extend the code. So you have to give Amazon and your nanny a new door code every month, unless the building manager is working with you. I tried to contact customer support, but unless you are the building manager, they do not communicate with you at all. Overall, I hate the system. Can not wait for it to break so we can switch companies.
