OM - Organization Management: Create job families, business functions, job descriptions, organization tree as departments and positions. You can create two additional alternative organization plans for budgeting and planning submissions. Take organization charts in PDF from your mobile device.
PA - Personnel Administration: Starting from hiring, you can easily maintain your employee data in terms of infotypes. There are 40 infotypes you use. You can share infotypes with your employees to track and maintain changes to HR departments.
ESS - Employee Services: Employees can reach their data from enywhere, anytime. They can correct or complete missing infotype records. Approval rules can be configured by HR departments.
MSS - Manager Services: Managers can reach their team data from enywhere, anytime. They can approve workflows. You can select reports that can be used for managers from their mobile phones.
PERF - Performance Management: Performance management allows you create top-to-bottom objective settings. Includes qualification catalog for review by employees, managers and top managers together.
RECR - Recruitment: Create job postings from your positions from OM Organization Management module. Create QC Qualification Catalog and assign as requisition profiles. Find best talents and post PA module without any manual data entry operation for selected candidates.
PY - Payroll: Configure your payroll areas, wage types. Payroll calculation includes only Turkey for now. Any countries can be added.
WF - Workflows: There are workflows ready-to-run within the app. Some of them are leave request, overtime request, missing clock data request, advance request, travel and training request. More workflows can be added.
