The Vismo App is downloaded onto smartphones and tablets and can be highly customized and branded with a client’s corporate look and feel. Vismo App can be attuned for use by global travelers, lone workers or remote working staff.
Vismo has integrated live incident feeds into the Secure Portal, allowing security teams or a 24/7 monitoring center to efficiently identify individuals if an event was to occur. Only relevant information about incidents are sent out to the employee if it may affect them. Security teams can integrate external data feeds into Vismo, this can be instead of or as well as the Vismo supplied data feed. The Incident Management System enables operations teams to identify employees efficiently in a crisis or those entering a pre-defined Geo-fence. After automatically locating individuals, the system prompts operations teams to immediately action assigned and definable tasks.
Mass Notification capabilities are also implemented into the Secure Portal, enabling security teams to communicate immediately with employees in the event of an emergency. Mass Notifications can be sent to large groups or people in a specific geographic area. The Notifications are delivered through an In-App message, ensuring quick delivery and audit, focusing on reaching the individual, not just the device.
Other features to protect employees include the Red Alert feature, which can be activated from the App with a simple press and hold. Providing peace of mind to employees knowing they can quickly raise an Alert if an emergency occurs.
This proactive approach to safety management helps provide greater peace of mind to both employer and employee, allowing workers to be better prepared.
