Before your cruise, you can review all the services available to guests, check out events and shore excursions planned for your trip, and review an interactive Holland America Line fleet map to see the destinations where our ships sail.
Once on board, connect to the ship’s WiFi to view dining menus, spa services, shore excursions, chat with other guests and more at no additional charge. (An onboard Internet purchase is NOT required to use the Navigator app.)

On Nieuwe Statendam and app not working
Currently on a Holland America cruise and the Navigator app has been a major disappointment. The digital boarding passes would not load during embarkation, which created unnecessary stress at the terminal. Now that we’re onboard, the app won’t work at all. I’ve tried reinstalling it and connecting to the ship’s Wi-Fi, but I keep getting login errors. As a result, access to schedules and onboard messaging is extremely limited. Even more frustrating, no one onboard has been able to resolve the issue or offer a solution. For an app that’s supposed to enhance the cruise experience, this has been very disappointing.

Glitchy and Inaccessible
A truly terrible app for a truly wonderful cruise line. I am leaving on a cruise today but the app says I have no upcoming cruises and today’s cruise does not show up as a previous cruise either. So, if going by the app, I am not cruising today. To log on to get your boarding pass, you need the ship’s WiFi which you cannot get unless you are on the ship. Do better, HAL. This is ridiculous.
