Absolutely useless and pathetic product
I Spent approx $2500 for 8 cameras, indoor and outdoor, 6 door and window sensors, and indoor motion sensor alarms for serious legal domestic situation. Motion sensor doesn’t work and just goes off randomly. The door sensors just pop up in app hours or next day late. The cloud storage is absolute utter garbage, slow poor quality, blends and overlays images from other cameras with pathetic black and white night vision. All any and everything was completely wasted and is useless in a court of law

Low Bandwidth To Support HD Cameras
The company has not invested the money to provide proper bandwidth for the video stream to clients who purchase high definition cameras. I kept getting error messages with dark screens stating that the system encountered a problem with a small image of a satellite. Even resetting the camera several times did not solve the problem. My internet service is incredibly fast and outstanding so that was not the problem. I played with the camera and solved the problem after I turned off the HD setting and the HDR (High Dynamic Resolution) setting. This defeats the purpose of selling an HD camera with decent features in the first place! This really upsets me because I purchased cloud storage with the company for one of the 2 cameras installed at the same home. I still had the problem even as a cloud service paying customer. This is a decent product with mediocre service and very poor infrastructure to back it up.
