Doesn’t work
Bought car in December, app worked for 2-3 weeks and have a simple error since, been over ten months of calling into BMW and Toyota once a week/every other and constantly just get the ring around of “someone is working on it” and I am never able to speak to someone with any authority or jurisdiction so just stuck with it not working and the closest thing to assistance being provided are apologies and no sign of a resolution

Can’t use at all
It has been days so far of trying to access this app but it seems to be completely broken. Keeps on getting Stuck on a screen that says “data unavailable. Unable to retrieve the required terms and conditions. Please try again later.” Useless!
