ZMall is the worst delivery service you can use. Avoid at all costs otherwise it will cost your time and money.

Luck of transparency and poor customer service
We ordered on the app on a holiday, and we already paid when we ordered and the app was working fine but didn’t have any message or notice that they were not working and the customer service called and told us that they were only delivering to bole, and they couldn’t send the money back until the next day. No sorry or any work around just full of altitude.
